How do I brew my coffee?

Storage & serving
Keep the bag sealed, in a cool, dark spot — the counter is fine, the fridge is not (moisture and odors are coffee's worst neighbors). Grind just before brewing if you can; it's the single biggest upgrade to your cup. A 10oz bag is sized to be finished while it's at its peak, so there's no need to stockpile.
